Shaneela Jacket is a quilted jacket with long sleeves and is made in patchwork from leftover cotton. The jacket has two front pockets and buttons on the placket front. All seams and edges are covered with striped cotton tape, and the jacket is lined with 100% cotton. The jacket is made from block-printed leftover cotton and other leftover cotton fabrics found at our supplier in India. The different cotton materials have been stitched together in a unique patchwork, making each item unique.  

At SISSEL EDELBO, we love to find new, innovative ways to make fashionable clothes. One way is to use leftover fabrics found in markets and in our supplier’s stockrooms, also called ‘deadstock fabrics’. As part of our values, we cherish the idea of using different kind of existing leftover fabrics instead of producing new materials. Our styles made in the leftover fabrics will always be limited edition, due to the limited fabric amount that is left.
