This very handsome suit from acclaimed American designer, Bill Blass, features a taupe hounstooth wool jacket with black and white hounstooth collar and pockets. The extra long jacket has four patch pockets with buttons and minimal shoulder pads. The skirt is an very soft, light tropical wool in a black and white abstract pattern. It has a side zipper for closure. The style of the garment workers union label inside both pieces was used from 1974 to 1995, and from what we know about this suit, we are dating it to the 1990s end of that range. Both pieces are labeled US size 8. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.
