EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

- We do not accept returns for custom made orders, Please understand that your custom order is especially made   for you. All details including style/pattern/embroidery are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else. 

- Exchange of color, design and size for plain items of the same style ( w/o embroidery/print) is subject to approval by the TRAVELLERS HAT BOUTIQUE TEAM. It should be done within the week of purchase to be valid. The item must be will all tags attached, not washed,worn, and has not been damage during shipping.

- The EXCHANGE/RETURN parcel charges and taxes are customers responsibility.

- We do not accept EXCHANGE/RETURN on SALE items.

- Strictly NO REFUND on all items. We do not refund money, only in case of faulty merchandise which will be at our discretion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- All item(s) that have undergone a successful invoice transaction are considered sold and non-refundable

- When order has been shipped out. It is deemed final and complete. A CHANGE OF MIND DOES NOT ENTITLE A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE. 

- Prices of the items don't include the shipping fee.

- Cancellation of orders are not allowed.

- TRAVELLERS HAT BOUTIQUE CO. is not liable for any delay, loss or damage incurred while item is in transit.

- TRAVELLERS HAT BOUTIQUE TEAM has the right to refuse who we transact with, RUDE client's are not welcome in TRAVELLERS HAT BOUTIQUE CO. 

SHIPPING

We Ship Worldwide 

Most standard shipping orders will be processed the following working day, and will ship within 2-3 working days after your order is placed EXCEPT for MADE-TO-ORDER. Please take note the production lead time for custom made order.

For express delivery you may contact our MANILA OFFICE to prioritize your order but it is still subject to availability.

We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or holidays

Maximum of 7-10 working days via EMS EXPRESS

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Track your order with our website or simply visit JRS Express website / EMS EXPRESS  then input your tracking number.
